The Exhibitor Handbook covers everything that you must know about exhibiting at the tradeshow. It is important that you and anyone who will be working on your stand read this handbook so that they are fully aware of exhibitor terms of use.

Furniture for your stand
It is a good idea to order thefurniture for your stand as early as possible to ensure that you don't miss out. Plus, it's one more thing to tick off your to-do-list.

Signage Requirements
Another item that you can tick off your list nice and early is the Stand Signage form. To ensure we have the correct name for your stand please complete the attached form and return to Lisa Watson at Displayways at l.watson@displayways.co.nz by 1st October at the latest.

Contract and deposits
Please send your signed contract to Robyn ASAP. We cannot put your details up on the Expo website until we have received your signed contract and deposit.
Profile for Expo website
This website provides a great way for you to get in front of attendees before and after the event by displaying your profile when they click on your stand on the floor plan. To take advantage of this opportunity, please send the below details to Melissa Cathcart - Marketing Coordinator, Wellington Convention Centre at melissa.cathcart@wcc.govt.nz
