Q. Who do I contact if I want to exhibit at the Wellington Conference and Events Expo?
A. Fill in a registration form and we will be in contact. For personal assistance please contact Robyn Radomski at Conference Works on 04 479 8616.

Q. What time is the Expo Open?
A. The Wellington Conference and Events Expo 2010 is at TSB Bank Arena, Jervois Quay.
October 13, 2010.
Doors open at 9.30am and close at 4.30pm.
Entry is FREE.

Q. Is there parking on the day?
A. Each exhibitor will be able to park at the rear loading bay for a maximum of ten minutes for the delivery of booth equipment. THIS WILL BE MONITORED. Parking for the day is available under TSB Bank Arena with Wilsons Car Parking.

Q. When can I pack in?
A. The TSB Bank Arena main doors and rear loading bay (facing Frank Kitts Park) will be open to exhibitors to pack in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm on 12 October and between 7.00am and 9.00am on 13 October.

Q. Who do I contact for extra lighting
A. Multi Media Systems Limited can help you with all of your technical requirements for your booth.

Q. I need an internet connection. What options are available?
A. There is a comprehensive wireless internet network operating throughout the TSB Bank Arena.

Q. Can I bring food to the Expo to give away from my stand?
A. Yes can give food away from your booth. Please contact us to arrange this.

Q. Can I give away alcohol on my stand?
A. Only if it is a sample size. Please contact us to arrange this.

Q. Can I pack out early?
A. No. Pack out is not to begin until the Expo closes at 4.30pm.
