Exhibitor Registration Process

Welcome to Wellington Conference and Events Expo 2010, Exhibitors section. Below outlines the process for becoming an Exhibitor at Expo 10. 

1. Expression of Interest: Complete the Expression of Interest form. You may want to refer to the Expo 10 Floor plan to see the different sizes stands and locations. You will receive an automatic reply to confirm that your application has been received.
2. Stand Space Designated: Stands will be allocated on a first booking received basis, subject to prospective exhibitors meeting the booking conditions. If your preferred location is not available the Exhibition Manager will contact you to discuss options. Please note: all stands are allocated at the discretion of the Wellington Convention Centre. Stand location will be confirmed no later than one month prior to exhibition date.
3. Payment: Upon receipt of the ‘Expression of Interest’ form, the Exhibition Manager will process the request and send a GST tax invoice for the full stand price and a letter of agreement outlining booking conditions of the Wellington Conference and Events Expo.
4. Confirmation: Full stand payment is required by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice, and no later than 3 September 2010.  Please note: stands are not ‘confirmed’ until full payment has been received. Any outstanding payments may result in your stand being released. The full cancellation policy is listed on the ‘Expression of Interest’ form.
5. Exhibitor Handbook Issued: In August exhibitors will receive an ‘Exhibitor Handbook’ detailing all housekeeping matters (e.g. process for ordering furniture and/or technical support for exhibitor stands) and an outline of promotional activities being undertaken to attract attendees. Exhibitors will also receive updates and reminders from the Exhibition Managers to help you plan for the Expo.
6. Wednesday 13 October 2010: Opening hours of the Wellington Conference & Events Expo 2010 are from 9.30am – 4.30pm. It is a requirement of the Expo that stands must be staffed at all times from opening to closing. Exhibitors must not begin packing down their stand until 4.30pm when the Expo closes.
